Mountain bike and my watch.

May i know your favorite watch that you always wear?
Actually, I really need to know what kind of watch that suitable for me to use. I am a rough person and that;s why I think I want to have a watch that can makes me comfort with my lifestyle.

All this time, I am wearing a casual watch like these IWC watches. But after I joined a mountain bike club, then I think a tough and rough watch is more prefer.

DO you have any idea on what type of watch that I should buy?
