If you want to plan a vacation to Asia country, normally what kind of medicine or protection that you will bring for your health?
Do you bring your sun burn cream?
Or do you will bring also your colon pills?

If the answer is yes, then I think you need one more "stuff" that you should bring that is antioxidant. It's because Asian weather is not same like what you had in Europe or western country. The weather here is HOT and DRY. So remember, put antioxidant in your list so next time, you will never have to face any problem for your travel in Asia's country.
