Bank Attitude.

I don't know why my sister's car loan application take so much time for the process. It's already more than 1 week since she submit all the relates document to the salesman. I'm wondering why the bank need that much time.

Why bank always have their own reason for this?
Do they know the latest market research about their "slow" service?
Or this is their true attitude?
